1. Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect as per the order. To qualify, the product must be unused, with original tags, packaging, and receipt of purchase. Returns are not accepted for reasons of change of mind or preference once the product has been delivered in good condition.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. You can reach out to us via our customer service email provided on the website. Once the return request is approved, we will share the instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method as Soulaa Jewels will not be responsible for any items lost during return transit.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that any shipping charges, including return shipping, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your product for the same item, follow the return process as outlined, and once approved, we will ship the replacement.

6. Non-returnable Items

Items that have been customized or personalized, as well as items on sale, are not eligible for return.

Shipping In India

• We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders within India 
• Orders usually ship within 2 business days and are delivered within 7 business days of placement. 
• In case of a customized order, the time taken will be order-specific. 
• Orders are not shipped on Sundays and National holidays, in line with the policies of the courier partner. 

International Shipping 

• We use reputed courier services such as, including but not limited to, DHL and Fedex for international shipping. Orders are usually shipped within 5 days of placing the order. Delivery post shipping is 5 to 15 days depending on the country of destination. 
• Any import duties and taxes are charged when the package reaches the destination country are borne by the recipient. Since taxes differ in each country, we advise you to get this information from your local customs or customs agents.
